Project Goals:

-Highlight the two towers' unique architectural, and landscape features

-Achieve energy efficiency of 50 - 70% over conventional lighting fixtures

-Utilize "green" products

-Achieve reduction of lighting maintenance by up to 70% per year

-Reinforce the visual impact of the towers at night

-Create a fluid, visual ambiance for the property,

 capable of changing with the seasons,

 and marking holidays and special events with unique lighting scenes.

Design Concept:   

MPS intends to utilize the state of the art in architectural LED products to produce the

desired illumination, and infinitely programmable colorization, of the Ocean Two reverse channel letter sign,

surrounding Palms and landscape, and the architectural features of the

Ocean Two Towers. The system will allow for complete, automated control

of every light fixture, individually, in order to effect lighting scenes which can incorporate

not only white, but up to 16 million colors. Depending on the day of the week, season, holiday, or special event,

the building can automatically change in color and effect. 

  Front wash and back light using energy efficient, fully programmable, infinitely variable, long life, (up to 70,000 hours) LED technology.

  Up light all palms using energy efficient, fully programmable, infinitely  variable, long life (up to 70,000 hours) LED technology.

  Wash the vertical wall sections of each tower using energy efficient, fully programmable, infinitely variable ,long life (up to 70,000 hours) LED technology.
